Can I change plans later?
Yes, any time from Settings → Billing. Upgrades unlock more codes and features straight away, and we always show you the price before anything is charged.
What happens to my codes if I cancel?
They keep working, forever. Every code keeps redirecting to its last destination. You keep paid features until the end of the period you paid for; after that, codes over the Free limit become read-only, never broken.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. Ask within 14 days of any payment and we refund it in full, no questions asked.
Which payment methods can I use?
Prices in USD, plus tax where applicable. Pay by card, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Payments are processed by Paddle, our reseller and merchant of record.
Is there a limit on scans?
No. Scans are unlimited on every plan, including Free, and we never stop a code because of how often it is scanned.
